This introductory Hospitality Management course provides an overview of the hospitality and tourism industry, its growth and development, industry segments and their distinguishing characteristics, trends, and current concerns. Moreover, this course will introduce students to service management within the hospitality industry. Students will explore career opportunities and get the employability skills needed to succeed in specific hospitality fields.
